I am on Sermorelin. I think it has really helps this old lady with weight lifting recovery and maybe the visceral fat. Hoping it will help my skin, too. I bought some ghk-cu topical serum for my skin from The Ordinary. For glutathione I take 3g of Glycine and 600mg NAC, capsules. Instead of NAD+ I take 500mg of Nicotinamide Riboside. Like how Sermorelin stimulates your own growth hormone, the supplements give your body the materials to make glutathione.
I’m reading a lot about Sermorelin. Looks a lot people happy about it.
nad, bioboost, glutathione, ss-31, and ghkcu
Can you please tell me your dosing for the NAD, Bioboost and Glutathione. I do the first two and I'm about to start the Glutathione. I was planning on taking the Glutathione and NAD on the same day
I also take ss-31 (will swap to Mots-C after 8 weeks), 5Amino1mq, and a ghk-cu/kpv blend. I do feel like I get a little energy boost from the 5Amino/ss-31 and my skin is looking better from the ghk-cu. Im getting some blood work done next week to see if the kpv is helping more with inflammation and absorption.
YeeeeAP! Tesamorelin, Glutathione, Nad+, Ghk-cu, and KPV.
im using both llipo mino c and bio boost plus mainly to keep fatigue away but got to ask the others how many of the peptides can ya do at once? And how many can ya use a day, there are a couple I would like to add but unsure what I can and cannot mix together.
I started with NAD+, but I've stopped because it helped but not as much as I'd hoped. I'm about done with a course of SS-31 and MOTS-C and I'll go back to NAD+ when I'm done. I will say, I do feel more energetic now than when I started. Months 2-3 on Tirz I was utterly exhausted. Now I have enough energy to exercise daily and that's such a boon. I'm also doing BPC-157 for a right knee injury. That won't be a forever thing for me but again, just trying to get myself to a good baseline. It really has backed off the knee pain. I had a super hard fall on concrete last year and at my weight, landing on one knee was very bad. It was locking up and making it very difficult to walk. I still can't really do squats, but I'm hopeful.
So curious: if NAD+ didn’t do as much as you hoped, why would you go back to it? I’m considering doing the MOTS-C instead bc I haven’t really noticed any difference.
Because from what I've read, the SS-31 repairs mitochondria and a course of that first can make the NAD work properly. If the engine is broken, putting better fuel in doesn't really help, or so I've been told. It wasn't that the NAD did nothing but I'm hoping for more. In a 65 year old body, I need all the energy I can get.
Yes! I'm currently on tirzepetide , Nad+ , Glutathione , lipo Mino c , vitamin B12 , ipamorelin , cagrilintide , epilaton and DSIP for better sleep 😴
hows epilaton and DSIP working for ya. Ive always been an early riser even in my teens 4am not im older 57 I wake at 130- 200 am no matter what time I got to bed, If I go to a concert IM SCREWED lmao.. can ya tell me more about epilaton and DSIP, thanx
Maz, Mots-C, and 5a1mq (this one is not a peptide). Waiting on Cartalax too.
Bpc and kpv for gut issues works well, mots-c to support weightloss just started no verdict yet, cagrilintide for appetite suppression works amazingly well love it! , semax and selank for mental only when needed for study/work or anxiety
How is the GHKCU for hair growth?
It’s been amazing! And the skin, not just face l, which is more glowy and smooth, but also my arms and legs look nice!
I started with NAD+. It really helped the fatigue and nausea from the tirz in the early stages. After a couple of months, I switched to oral NMN with TMG as a methyl donor because of better bioavailability. Occasionally, I'll take NAD+ for a little extra boost.
Just started Lipo-C yesterday, so too early to tell, but I definitely got an energy boost.
I did sermorelin, but didn't really get much from it. I've tried many other things we can't discuss here. Loved some, others weren't for me.
Reta@ 1mg, Tirz s/d @10 mg, NAD+ @25 mg & GHKCU @2 mg
ive tried nad+ once but I ended up sticking with bacteriostaticwaters. com. I'm keen on trying tirzepade for the first time soon though.
Anyone use one day? Is it legit?
